Terms
- Before we
can process your order a prepaid check for
order total including shipping (or for total of merchandise and IL
sales tax
and a FedEx number that is authorized to have THIRD PARTIES BILL GROUND
SHIPMENTS to it) needs to be sent to the address we’ll give you when we
confirm
your order. If you have requested Rush
Service, or just to speed up
your order,
you can
FED-EX us your check.
- All orders
are to be paid in advance. However, in the
event that an order is
processed based on an estimated total (to expedite it), any balance for
shipping
or merchandise is due upon receipt of goods or when notice of balance
is given,
whichever is sooner.
- The minimum
order for International Orders is $1000
(Canada/Mexico: $500)
